Below you can find instructions on how to delete a Caller ID Group:
- In the Administration » Caller IDs tab, click on the Delete icon (under the Action column) to the right of the Caller ID Group that you wish to delete.
- The confirmation window shown below will be displayed.
- Click the Yes, Delete button to delete the Caller ID group.
NOTE: The default Caller ID Group cannot be deleted as the Delete icon will be disabled/greyed out.
