Below are the sections available in the My Dashboard tab.
Donut Chart – Used to view the following details during the selected date range.
- # of Dials made
- # of Conversations happened (i.e. Connected Calls)
- # of Positive conversations
- # of Meetings Scheduled (Follow up)
Vertical Chart – Used to view the following details during the selected date range.
- # of Conversations happened (i.e. Connected Calls)
- # of Positive conversations
- # of Meetings Scheduled (Follow up)
Horizontal Chart – Used to view the following details during the selected date range.
- # of Conversations happened (i.e. Connected Calls) in the Top 7 lists of the logged in user
- # of Positive Connects in the Top 7 lists of the logged in user
Best Day and Time to Make Calls For The Company – Used to view the best day & time to make calls. This has been derived based on the Dials to Connects i.e. number of connects/total number of dials made * 100 at its best for the selected date range.
NOTE: This section is applicable ONLY for Agent Assisted Dialer. If no dials were made on Agent Assisted Dialer then ‘No Data Found’ will be displayed.
This section will not be displayed for users who obtained license ONLY for Flow Dialer.
Leaderboards – Gives you a clear orientation on the number of dials made, positive conversations, and other conversations indicating negative conversation or issues faced during dialing session in a separate view, for the selected date range.
Meetings Booked – Used to view the number of meetings booked for the current month (derived based on the Call Disposition ‘Meeting Scheduled’).
Total Talk Time – Used to view the total talk time consumed for the current month.
Upcoming Schedule – Used to view the forthcoming schedules that you are scheduled in the Scheduler tab. This section is applicable ONLY for Agent Assisted Dialer.
Metrics Information – Used to view the following metrics of you and your company for the last 30 days:
- Dials made per day (Last 30 days)
- Conversations (Last 30 days)
- Positive Conversations (Last 30 days)
