Report Input is a key area in My Reports, where you can select the criteria to generate reports. Based on the selected criteria, the report will be generated.
NOTE: Report Inputs can be expanded or collapsed on-demand using the
icons.
Below are the criteria available in this section:
Product – Choose the product for which a report is to be retrieved. Reports associated with the selected product will appear under the Report Type dropdown. NOTE: If you have licenses for multiple products, you can choose from them. |

Report Type – Select the Report you wish to retrieve from this dropdown list. The following are the reports available for AI Parallel Dialer (AIPD): |

Date Range – Defaults to ‘Today’. If needed, you can select the desired date range. Start Date & End Date – The Start Date and End Date fields will be enabled only when ‘Custom’ is selected from the Date Range field. |

Teams – This filter is only applicable and enabled for Managers and disabled or grayed out for users (Sales Reps). Users can only view their own reports. | |
Users – Defaults to your name (logged-in user name). If you have been given access to see other sales reps you can choose names in this dropdown. | |
List Name – This filter is used to select and view reports for the desired List(s), which will be enabled only for the following reports:

Dispositions – Select a Call Disposition/Result from the dropdown for which the report is to be retrieved. This field will be enabled only for the following reports.
NOTE: Select ‘ALL’ to retrieve reports for all the call results. |

Click on the A success message below will be displayed. Click OK. The Star icon turns yellow Also, the starred reports are categorized as Top Favorites and listed at the top of the Report Type dropdown, whereas all other reports are categorized as All Reports. |

Click Run Report to retrieve the report based on the selected criteria. |

Click Schedule to schedule and send the reports automatically to the selected users for a selected period, either in excel or CSV format. Refer to the article Schedule and send Reports for detailed information. NOTE: The Schedule button will only be available for managers, as they are authorize for scheduling and sending reports to the users. |

Click Customize to customize the Reports needed and make them listed under the Report Type dropdown for selection and the columns to be visible under each report. Refer to the article How do I customize and view reports? for detailed information. |

Click Reset to reset all the filters to default. |
