The Meetings tab allows you to schedule an individual meeting with a prospect through Cadence. Meetings scheduled will be sent to the prospect's Email address from the logged-in user's Email Account (configured in the Settings » Emails tab).
A prospect can accept the scheduled time slot or change their preferred time slot from the available slot time, which will be updated in the Meetings tab. A one-off call can be established from Cadence at the specified time to connect with the prospect and initiate the presentation.
Meetings scheduled can be viewed, edited, and deleted. Also, you can invite other users in the organization to the scheduled meetings.
NOTE: The Meeting Slots will be displayed in the Meetings tab based on whether the meeting is toggled ON or OFF in the Settings » Meetings tab.
If the Meeting is toggled OFF, an alert message below will be displayed when clicking the Meetings tab.
Click on the link to navigate to the Settings » Meetings tab to enable the settings.
Meetings scheduled will be synchronized with the Calendar of the Email Domain (server type) through which the meeting request will be sent. For example, if the email domain (server type) is 'Gmail' then the scheduled meeting will be synchronized with the Google Calendar.
