Base App is the latest addition to our B2B Sales Engagement Platform that simplifies the process of creating Orgs and User accounts in the Koncert platform, which was a time-consuming process for new customers. This dramatically reduces the support intervention and controls the administrator usage, thus less time-consuming.
Please contact Koncert Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 603-952-2505 for product information and choose the products that suit your needs, and assign licenses accordingly.
With a simple signup process, you can create your own Org in the Koncert platform (known as an admin user), invite other users in the Organization, assign roles to them, and then get started using the products from the Base App » My Profile tab.
