After logging in to Base App, My Profile is the default landing tab, where you can find your personal information and the buttons for launching Koncert products (that you licensed) from Base App.
Below are the information available in the My Profile tab:
- Name – Your first and last name as mentioned in the CRM.
- Email – Email ID provided by your admin user during the invite.
- Timezone – Defaults to the Time zone of your admin. You can change it if needed.
- Geo Location – Defaults to the Geo location of your admin. You can change it if needed.
- User Location – Defaults to the location of your admin. You can change it if needed.
- Call Recordings – Call Recording will be enabled and grayed out for the user if the administrator has enabled it, and vice versa. Calls dialed through Koncert's Dialer will be recorded and available for rating to evaluate your performance and efficiency. Refer to the article My Recordings Overview for detailed information.
- Click Save to update the profile. A confirmation message 'User details have been updated successfully!' will be displayed.
- The buttons for the products assigned by the admin user will be enabled and displayed at the bottom of the page.
- Launch the product required by simply clicking the respective button at the bottom of the window. For example, to launch dialers, click on the button Launch Dialers.
Upon clicking the button, the Koncert's Dialers or Cadence application will be launched based on the product selection, as shown below. Start exploring the products by contacting Koncert Support for the required documents.
