With Koncert, Managers (with admin rights) can grant users to export prospects from the Prospects tab. Only users with export permission will see the Export option under the Action dropdown (above the grid) in the Prospects tab.
Below are the steps to grant users permission to export prospects:
- In the Cadence » Settings » My Settings tab, scroll down to the Choose users who should have export permissions section.
- Select and move the users you wish to provide permission from the Available Users pane to the Permission to export prospects pane using the

button.
- Click Save to save the settings. A confirmation message ‘Saved Successfully’ will be displayed.
- Users granted permission can now find the Export option in the Prospects tab under the Action dropdown.
