The Managers are key contributors in setting up Cadence and they have the ability to execute key functions on behalf of their users. Below is a list of the settings and functions by each tab:
- Dashboard tab – Managers can view the number of pending touches & unassigned prospects (for the logged in manager only), Active Cadences, Call Info details, Overall statistics of the Email & Call touches, and activity info of the selected users (team members) for the date range selected.
- Cadences tab – Managers can create a Cadence, add touches to a Cadence, clone, edit, view, delete, pause, resume, deactivate a Cadence, and view the summary of the Cadence. Also, assign prospects to a user's Cadences.
- Prospects tab – Managers can import prospects from a CRM or from a CSV file, filter, view, and edit the prospects details of their team members. Also, they can perform key activities on behalf of their team members.
- Pending Calls tab – Managers can select and view their user's prospects logged for dialing. They can also can edit and snooze Follow up calls.
- To Do tab – Managers can execute the user's prospects which are ready for touch (Email, Social, LinkedIn, and Task) execution, on their behalf.
- Emails tab – Managers can view the metrics for the email outcomes, compose and send instant emails on behalf of the user, and view the history of email activities.
- Accounts tab – Managers can connect and view the data for all the imported prospects that are associated with a specific account.
- Templates tab – The Templates tab has two sub-tabs - Email Templates and Snippets. Managers can add a new email template/snippet, share email templates/snippets, edit, make active or inactive, delete, and clone the email template/snippet. They can also can view team member’s templates/snippets.
- Reports tab – Managers can view the User Overview, Prospect Overview, Call Overview, Email Overview, Cadence overview, Touch overview, and Template overview of all the team members.
- Settings tab – Managers can configure the settings such as Email Settings, Sync Field Mapping, CRM Sync Settings, Sync Logs, and Transfer Ownership.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a graphical display helping understand the following information, under three sections – To Do, Overall Stats, and Activity Info.
To Do
Under the To Do section, you can view the total number of pending Emails, pending Calls, pending Tasks, pending Social touches, pending LinkedIn touches, and unassigned prospects.
- Calls – When clicking this button, the application will redirect to the Pending Calls tab to show your pending calls and follow up calls.
- Emails – When clicking this button, the application will redirect to the To-Do » Emails tab to show your pending emails.
- Social – When clicking this button, the application will redirect to the To-Do » Social tab to show your pending Social touch records.
- LinkedIn – When clicking this button, the application will redirect to the To-Do » LinkedIn tab to show your pending LinkedIn touch records.
- Tasks – When clicking this button, the application will redirect to the To-Do » Tasks tab to show your pending Task touch records.
- Unassigned – When clicking this button, the application will redirect to the Prospects tab » Unassigned tab to display all the unassigned prospects that you have uploaded.
NOTE: The above widgets will be displayed based on the settings configured in the Settings » User Settings tab » Dashboard Widgets section.
User & Date Range Filter
This section allows you to select and view your team member's stats for the selected date range. By default, the logged-in manager name will be selected and displayed.
Active Cadences
This section displays the list of active cadences with the count of prospects available in it for the selected team member. By default, this section will be auto sorted in Descending order based on the prospects count. Upon clicking the Cadence name, touches to be executed under the selected cadence will be displayed along with the prospect count.
You can select any user of your team from the User filter and view their active cadences.
Also, you can simply click on the prospect count of the touch, which is hyperlinked. For example, when you click Email touch count, Cadence brings up the To Do » Email tab where you can send the personalized email on behalf of your member.
Call Info
This section displays the stats of Dials made, Valid Connects and Talk Time of the selected users for the selected date range. You can view the graphical representation of the stats by clicking the icon provided on each section.
Overall Stats
The Overall Stats section displays the Stats of Email outcomes and Call outcomes of the selected users for the selected date range.
Activity Info
The Activity Info section displays the statistics of Prospects Analytics, Cadence Analytics, Top Performing Templates, Top Performing Cadences, Top Engaged Prospects, and Future Tasks.
Prospects Analytics
The Prospects Analytics section provides the graphical representation of the total number of prospects attempted through Call, Email, and Social Touches of the selected users (team members) for the selected date range.
Cadence Analytics
The Cadence Analytics section provides the graphical representation of the Top 5 Cadences with the touches (Call, Email, and Social touches) of the selected users for the selected date range.
Top Performing Templates
The Top Performing Templates section provides the graphical representation of the top performing templates used by the selected users for the selected date range.
You can also view the stats in percentage by clicking the Percentage button at the top right.
Top Performing Cadences
The Top Performing Cadences section provides the graphical representation of the Top 5 Cadences of the selected users for the selected date range, based on the Engagement Score. Managers can use this section to determine what actions need to be taken on other cadences to better engage prospects, which will increase sales and profit.
Top Engaged Prospects
The Top Engaged Prospects section provides the graphical representation of the Top 5 prospects of the selected users for the selected date range, based on the Engagement Scores.
Future Tasks
This section provides the statistics and graphical representation of the Touches (Email, Call, Social, LinkedIn, and Tasks) to be executed by the selected users.
Cadences tab
The Cadences tab is used to create a new Cadence, add touches to a Cadence, share, clone, edit, view, delete, pause, resume, inactive a Cadence, view the summary of the Cadence, and can make use of the Sample Cadences feature by cloning the desired sample cadence. Also, assign prospects to user's Cadences.
As a manager, you can:
- Track the metrics of a shared Cadence. The shared Cadence metrics can be viewed from the View Cadence window of the respective cadence.
- Assign the prospects to the user's Cadence from the View Cadence window on their behalf.
- Pause the user’s Cadence on their behalf.
- Resume the user’s Cadence on their behalf.
Prospects tab
Managers can import prospects from a CRM or from a CSV file, filter, view, and edit the prospects details of their team members. Also can perform the following activities on behalf of the team members:
- Import/upload prospects for your team member (user) from your computer (.CSV file)
- Import/upload prospects for your team member (user) from CRM
- Assign the user’s unassigned prospects to a Cadence
- Move the user’s prospects from Cadence to Cadence
- Delete the user’s prospects
- Exit the user’s prospects from the assigned Cadence
- Pause the user’s prospect activity in a Cadence
- Resume the user’s paused prospect activity
- Send One-Off Email on behalf of the user
- Transfer user’s prospects to another user on their behalf
Pending Calls tab
The Pending Calls tab is where prospects added to a Cadence (assigned with a Call Touch) and Follow up calls will be listed, to initiate a dialing session via any of the Koncert dialers that you have a license for.
As a manager, you can select and view your user's prospects logged for dialing. Also, can edit and snooze the Follow up calls.
To Do tab
As a manager, you can perform the following activities in the To Do tab:
- Execute pending Emails logged in the Email tab on behalf of the user.
- Execute prospects assigned with ‘Social Touch’.
- Execute prospects assigned with ‘LinkedIn Touch’.
- Execute prospects assigned with ‘Task Touch’.
Emails tab
The Emails tab has been specifically designed and developed for Email touch. From here, you can manage and perform the following actions on behalf of the user:
- View the metrics for the email outcomes.
- Compose and send an instant email (Send One-Off Email) to the prospects by clicking the Compose Email button on behalf of the user.
- View the history of email activities by clicking the Email Subject.

Accounts tab
A repository that allows you to connect and view the data for all the imported prospects that are associated with a specific account of your users. You can send personalized emails from the Task tab under Accounts.
Templates tab
In the Email Templates tab, you can add a new email template, share email templates, edit, make active or inactive, delete, and clone the email template. Also, you can view your team member’s templates. Please refer to the article Email Templates for detailed information.
Similarly, you can add a new Snippet, share Snippet, edit, make active or inactive, delete, and clone the Snippet. Also, you can view your team member’s Snippet. Please refer to the article Snippets for detailed information.
Reports tab
In the Reports tab, you can view the User Overview, Prospect Overview, Call Overview, Email Overview, Cadence overview, Touch overview, and Template overview of all the team members. Also, you can view detailed information on the activities performed (Outcomes) by the Cadences.
You can export the report in Excel or CSV format. Also, the Show Graph icon provides the reports in a Graphical Bar Chart.
Settings tab
Email Settings
It is mandatory to setup an Email Account from which the emails have to be sent to prospects. You can configure the basic settings for Email communication and add an Email Signature that can be used for Email Touch in the Settings tab.
The Email Touch execution will happen only after the Email Settings have been performed.

Email Execution Schedule
The Email Execution Schedule is used to schedule and send emails automatically to the prospects (assigned to a Cadence with Email Touch) based on the time zone selected. Emails that have been sent will be logged and sent only during the selected time zone.
These schedules can be shared with your team members or with all users in an organization. Only users with shared access to the schedules can view them.

Sync Field Mapping
The Sync Field Mapping tab is used to map the Cadence fields with the corresponding CRM fields for synchronization. The information provided in Cadence will be updated in the CRM automatically and vice-versa.

CRM Sync Settings
The CRM Sync Settings under the Cadence » Settings tab is used to setup the CRM API Limits, Sync From CRM To Cadence, and Sync From Cadence To CRM settings.

Transfer Ownership
The Transfer Ownership under the Cadence » Settings tab allows the manager to transfer the records from one user to another user.
The below resources/assets owned by the user will be transferred to the other user upon clicking the ‘Transfer Ownership’ button. By default, all the checkboxes will be selected.

Sync Logs
Based on the CRM Sync Settings & Sync Field Mappings in the Settings tab, Cadence will check for updates/modifications of the records (prospects) in both Cadence and Salesforce. If any changes/modifications occur, then a sync log will appear under the Sync Log tab. Please refer to the article How do I view Sync Log? for detailed information.
Jobs Queue
The Jobs Queue under the Cadence » Settings tab displays the list of bulk jobs/tasks that are in the queue and their status. Here, you can view the list of bulk jobs/tasks and the status of your team members.
